I Design eCommerce for Clarity & Conversion
I help established home, furniture, and lifestyle brands remove friction, reduce hesitation, and guide customers toward confident buying decisions.

Conversion Comes from Clarity
Many sites look polished but fail to convert. Shoppers arrive with intent, but hesitation sets in. They get stuck, lose confidence, or leave without taking action.
This is rarely a design style issue. It’s a clarity issue.
Shoppers need to quickly understand what’s being sold, who it’s for, and what to do next. They need to compare options easily and feel confident before they buy.
When a site removes confusion and guides decisions clearly, shoppers move forward. They add to cart, request quotes, and complete purchases.
That’s where my work is focused — turning shopper intent into action through clarity.
Why These Categories Need a Different Approach
Home, furniture, and lifestyle products are rarely impulse buys.
They come with higher price points, more questions, and longer decision cycles.
Designing for these brands means:
Specialization helps remove guesswork — for both the brand and the customer.

How I Approach eCommerce Design
I work from a small set of principles that keep decisions focused and accountable.
Users before aesthetics
If it looks good but feels confusing, it fails.
Discovery before execution
Context reduces risk and wasted effort.
Clarity before persuasion
Remove friction before trying to sell.
Design supports decisions
If buying doesn’t feel easy, something’s wrong.
Choosing the Right Platform Comes Down to Clarity
The platform matters less than how well it supports your goals, products, and growth plans.

When Shopify Makes Sense
Best for brands that need:
What this usually means:
Shopify works well when the focus is on selling, marketing, and growth — not managing infrastructure.
My role:
I design clear buying journeys and product experiences that work within Shopify’s strengths, without adding unnecessary complexity.
When WooCommerce Makes Sense
Best for brands that need:
What this usually means:
WooCommerce is a better fit when products, pricing, or operations require deeper customization.
My role:
I bring structure and clarity so added flexibility doesn’t become friction for customers.
